A BILL to repeal article nineteen, chapter eleven of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to repealing the soft drinks tax
provisions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nineteen, chapter eleven of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
repealed.
ARTICLE 19. SOFT DRINKS TAX.
§1. Repeal of article containing provisions implementing the tax
on soft drinks.
Article nineteen, chapter eleven of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal W. Va. Code,
§11-19-1 et seq. relating to the soft drink tax.
